This delicious red wine comes from the Bacalhôa winery, located on the Portuguese peninsula of Setúbal. In the beautiful village of Vila Nogueira de Azeitão, you'll find a beautiful winery. The winery has a long history in Portuguese wines. Over the years, it has grown into one of the largest in Portugal, while maintaining its traditions and traditional winemaking methods. Naturally, they have modernized extensively to further improve the vinification process. In 1998, they took a major step forward when José Berardo took the helm of this beautiful winery. He invested heavily in new grape varieties and partnered with the Lafitte Rothschild Group. This has led to excellent results.
