A rosé called 11 Minutes? That piqued our curiosity. But when we discovered the reason, we were pleasantly surprised! Three crucial steps in the production process of this Italian rosé each take exactly 11 minutes. The Pasqua family selected a special vineyard in Veneto for this rosé. Here, the grapes, a blend of Carmenere, Corvina, Syrah, and Trebbiano, receive first-class treatment. With abundant sunshine and the proximity of Lake Garda, the location is ideal. The wine's label is adorned with the poem "Odi et Amo" by the Roman poet Catullus, encircling a portrait of his beloved Lesbia, beautifully depicted by the English artist Sir Edward Poynter. This rosé is a true ode to Veneto love.

The magic of 11 minutes in making this rosé

When the grapes reach peak ripeness, the Pasqua family begins the harvest. Transporting the grapes to the press takes 11 minutes. After careful selection, the grapes are pressed, which also takes 11 minutes. Furthermore, the skins are fermented for just 11 minutes, giving this rosé its delicate pink hue. The result is a wine the Pasqua family is justifiably proud of, a reflection of their passion and the vineyard's rich history.

The taste experience of Pasqua's 11 Minutes Rose

The aromas of this rosé are a blend of different grapes: soft red fruits like strawberries, raspberries, and currants, complemented by a hint of citrus and apple. The palate is refreshing and dry, perfectly balanced, making it an excellent Veneto rosé. The flavor nuances of herbs, cherries, lime, and raspberries complete the picture. This top-notch rosé doesn't hail from the Côtes de Provence, but from beautiful Italy. A wine we immediately fell in love with!
