The origin, grapes and craftsmanship behind this wine.

Australia, a country that produces a wealth of excellent wine. De Bortoli is one of the country's top wineries. They produce excellent wines in every price range. This beautiful red is no exception. A smooth blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, it's characterized by its suppleness and fruitiness. You'll also notice a light oak aging and a touch of spice. In short, a delicious party wine, whether with or without a meal.

The De Bortoli winery was founded in 1928 by Italian immigrants who traveled to Australia in the 1920s. Initially, they focused on cultivating various crops, but viticulture soon followed. They began with Shiraz grapes, and to this day, this grape remains important to the family and the Australian wine industry as a whole. Since then, the winery has continued to grow and has acquired vineyards in various wine regions. They produce wines in the Riverina, Yarra Valley, King Valley, and Hunter Valley. De Bortoli wines are enjoyed and appreciated worldwide, and it has become one of the largest and best wineries. The spice of the Shiraz and berry flavors of the Cabernet Sauvignon make excellent partners in this wine. The grapes are harvested at peak ripeness. Following this, a strict selection process follows, as only the very best grapes are good enough for De Bortoli's high-quality wines. After pressing, fermentation takes place on the skins at 24 to 28 degrees Celsius in American and French oak. Finally, the wine is allowed to rest for a while before being bottled and marketed.

This red wine shines ruby red in the glass, and you can immediately savor its delicious aromas. The aromas include plums, blackberries, and a hint of herbs, spices, and oak. The taste is very fruity and has a soft texture with a touch of caramel.
