The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and taken directly to the winery. Here, strict quality control is applied, as only the finest grapes are good enough. Winemaker Peter Bright has years of experience and carefully monitors the vinification process, allowing him to make adjustments at any time. The red wine is then aged for 22 months in oak barrels. And that's what makes it so special.
