The RoseBlood D'Estoublon Rosé, sourced from the prestigious Château Estoublon in Provence, stands as a contemporary interpretation of the classic Provençal rosé. This rosé blends 65% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Cinsault, and 5% Rolle, sourced from argilo-limestone soils, red earth, gravel, and flint at an altitude of 350 to 400 meters. The result is a wine with delicate balance and a pure expression of these unique terroirs. Vinification and aging in stainless steel and concrete vats, after direct pressing and cold alcoholic fermentation, emphasize the wine's freshness, vibrancy, and floral notes, allowing each sip to reimagine the mythology of Provence.
