The Chenin Blanc grapes for this exceptional wine are grown as so-called "bush vines," where the plants are not trained, but rather planted as a grove. Modern planting with trained vines is also used. For the Spier Chenin Blanc from the Signature series, only the finest grapes from different blocks are used. To preserve its freshness, the wine is aged exclusively in stainless steel vats, resulting in a wine that Spier Estate can be proud of!
