If you're having a party and you have guests who can't drink alcohol, we have the best Chilean sparkling wine available. We offer Sinzero Brut, a festive sparkling wine that can replace Champagne. The winery specializes in alcohol-free wines and sparkling wines. For this non-alcoholic sparkling wine, they grow only Chardonnay grapes. This is to create a sparkling experience comparable to that of a French Champagne. And they've certainly succeeded; despite the grapes coming from Chile, it's a perfect non-alcoholic alternative. The vineyards for this brut are located in the Maipo Valley, where the climate is perfect for the Chardonnay grape. The warm summer days combined with the fresh breeze from the Andes mountains allow the harvest to ripen perfectly.

Completely hand-harvested for this Sinzero Brut

Once the Chardonnay grapes are ripe and have fully absorbed the rich soil structure, the bunches are harvested by hand. Each bunch is inspected, and only the very best are used in this alcohol-free sparkling wine. The bunches are pressed and aged in the Sinzero cellar. After several months, the alcohol is extracted using a special "spinning one-column" technique. This Sinzero Brut loses neither aroma nor flavor. Unique is the best way to describe this Sinzero Brut, and it truly is a perfect alternative to Chilean Champagne, but without the alcohol.

A Champagne-like wine without alcohol?

Yes, it's definitely possible, and it offers a fantastic tasting experience. It starts right from the pour: besides the soft bubbles, we also notice a golden yellow color. Nosing the glass, we smell hints of peach, citrus, and a touch of fresh fig. The palate is fresh, with notes of both citrus and tropical fruit. The beautiful minerals give this Sinzero Brut an extra dimension, and there's plenty of room for green herbs like mint.

Maximum 0.5% Alcohol

An alcohol-free wine may contain a maximum of 0.5% alcohol. This is also the legal designation for a wine from which the alcohol has been extracted. This alcohol-free wine was once wine containing alcohol from which the alcohol has been extracted. This technique is also called reverse osmosis or vacuum technology. This allows a minimal trace of alcohol to remain in the bottle. Therefore, a maximum label of 0.5% is mandatory. Many foods you wouldn't suspect contain alcohol. For example, apple juice can contain 0.5% alcohol, and overripe bananas can also contain alcohol.
