Unique Raventos Rosell wines with an innovative twist

Founded in 1985 by Joan Raventós Rosell and Maria Carme Vallverdú Ferrer, Ravontos Rosell is known for its respect for the values of the land and its hard work to produce wines of the highest quality, aroma, and flavor. A key characteristic of Raventós Rosell is the combination of native grape varieties such as Macabeu, Xarel-lo, and Parellada with French varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot, and Pinot Noir, Chenin Blanc, and Sauvignon Blanc. This combination of varieties gives the wines very personal characteristics. This winery is therefore fully committed to creating unique wines with an innovative twist. Raventos Rosell Heretat Brut Reserva Cava is a sparkling wine from Heretat Vall-Ventos, an estate located in the renowned Penedes region. The vines are carefully planted in rows that form an imaginary line connecting the Massis de l'Ordal with Montserrat mountain. This allows the vines to enjoy both morning and afternoon sun. The wine is made traditionally with a second fermentation in the bottle and is aged for a minimum of 28 months. This results in a high-quality sparkling wine with a unique character.
