Raventos Mas del Serral, from the renowned Raventós i Blanc winery in Catalonia, is a sparkling wine known for its unique character and outstanding quality. This special wine is the result of the co-planting of Xarel lo and Bastard Negre grapes since 1954 in the Clos del Serral vineyard. Raventos Mas del Serral has a distinctive microclimate, thanks in part to its location, the gently rising slope and the protection of the nearby Serral forest. The chalky soil, enriched with marine fossils, gives Raventos Mas del Serral a characteristic mineral flavor that sets this wine apart.

Clos del Serral, the most emblematic parcel of the Raventós i Blanc estate, forms the basis of Raventos Mas del Serral. Thanks to its north-northwest orientation, a gentle slope, and the protection of the Serral forest, this vineyard offers a unique microclimate. The calcareous soil is abundant in marine fossils, giving Raventos Mas del Serral a unique mineral character. Pepe Raventós, the 21st-generation winemaker at this estate, selected this parcel in 2005 as the ideal location for creating an exceptional sparkling wine.

Raventos Mas del Serral is the result of biodynamic viticulture and is cultivated entirely by hand, without any machinery – ensuring zero CO2 emissions and no soil compaction. The vines, which are over 80 years old, contribute to the depth and complexity of Raventos Mas del Serral. In 2007, Pepe Raventós decided that Clos del Serra would be the perfect location for producing this exquisite sparkling wine. The philosophy of Raventos Mas del Serral lies in the pursuit of the most minerally sparkling wine, inspired by Pepe Raventós' vision.

Raventos Mas del Serral undergoes natural parcel vinification, with Pepe Raventós working in the Mas del Serral garage since 2014 on wines such as "La Vinya del Mas," "La Vinya del Noguer," and "Les Terrasses del Serral." Raventos Mas del Serral, with its purple-red color and complex aromas of red fruit, cinnamon, and coffee, offers a round, enveloping palate with soft tannins and a lingering finish.
