Organic sparkling wines from Ponte

The Ponte winery, located in the Veneto region of Italy, was founded in 1960 by the Ponte family. From the beginning, their dedication to producing quality wines has been clear, a philosophy that continues to be upheld by the winery and its vineyards to this day. Their mission to produce high-quality wines with respect for nature and tradition is central to everything they do. This is also reflected in this fully organic wine. Thanks to the winery's pristine vineyards, they are able to produce unique wines, each with its own distinctive character and flavor. First, the finest Glera grapes are carefully selected and harvested. This is only done when the grapes are fully ripe. They are then transported to the cellar, where they are gently pressed. The resulting juice then undergoes fermentation at a controlled temperature. After the first fermentation, the mousse is added using the Charmat method. This process involves a second fermentation in a closed vat, creating the bubbles.
