Palmer Blanc de Blancs is made from Chardonnay grapes, primarily sourced from the finest terroirs of Villers-Marmery and Trépail. The fruit from these two terroirs is blended with Chardonnay from the Côte de Sézanne. This is an exceptionally elegant champagne with plenty of freshness.

The success of Palmer & Co

In 1947, seven renowned and visionary winemakers came together in a shared quest for ultimate perfection and founded Champagne Palmer & Co. After an initial decade of impressive growth, the founders purchased the cellars of a Champagne house in Reims in 1959. Over the years, the cooperative expanded beyond Reims and now owns an impressive 450 hectares of vineyards, more than 200 of which are classified as Grand and Premier Crus. Champagne Palmer & Co. capitalizes on the exceptional aging potential of its wines, and its reserve wines are carefully blended to create a rich and toasted style. Uniquely, Palmer is one of the few producers that ferments all its Champagnes in the bottles in which they are sold. The grapes are grown here with maximum respect for the environment and the farmers who are actively involved in cultivating the vines. The grapes, previously destemmed, undergo pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures for 12 hours. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control. The wines undergo complete malolactic fermentation.

The final result is simply stunning! The Blanc de Blancs has a bright, light golden color. It has a fresh and expressive nose with citrus aromas. On the palate, it's initially fresh and elegant. The taste is refreshingly fruity with notes of citrus, pear, hazelnut, and gingerbread. A fresh, complex, and ripe wine, all in one glass. Perfectly balanced, it's a Champagne perfect for enjoying as an aperitif.
