Extensive vinification for Langlois Cremant de Loire Cuvée Brut Rose

Founded in 1885 and part of Société Jacques Bollinger since then, this winery is known for its strict environmental standards and organic farming methods, certified by Terra Vitis. The Cuvée Brut Rosé is produced strictly according to the Méthode Traditionnelle (Traditional Method). The grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected before being pressed. This attention to detail ensures that only the finest grape juice is used. The rosé is then aged for at least 24 months on the lees, a process that gives the wine complexity and a creamy texture. This careful process enhances the natural qualities of the grapes, resulting in an exceptional rosé crémant.
