The first prosecco from Farina

It's no secret that Farina was a successful producer of various red and white wines. They wanted to innovate and chose a sparkling wine to achieve this: Prosecco. But they wanted to create one that delivers excellent aromas and flavors. The acidity is refined and rounded, and the fruit is well-balanced. For Farina Prosecco Extra Dry, they used the Glera grape, a local name for Prosecco. This grape produces refined, delicate Proseccos that have become a favorite worldwide.
