This Casa Coller Moscato is truly delightful. Slightly sweet with delicate bubbles—that's what this white Moscato is all about. Casa Coller's origins go back a long way. Former shoemaker Amadio Pirovano opened a restaurant with his sons in 1850. He also aimed to serve local wines, which later became his record-breaking business. In 1910, he established a local winery, producing the finest wines from local grape varieties. Over the years, the family invested more in other wine regions, including the Veneto region, where Casa Coller wine is found. The company has grown significantly without compromising its quality, which has remained consistently high for years.

The slightly sweet start of the Casa Coller Moscato

Moscato grapes grow in Veneto, where they receive abundant sunshine, allowing them to ripen exceptionally well. The climate is perfect for the grape; abundant sunshine and slightly cooler nights ensure a top-notch harvest. The harvest is brought in at night to protect it from oxidation and bruising during transport to Casa Coller. The grapes are then immediately pressed, and the golden-yellow juice is of the highest quality.

The scent and taste of Moscato

This latest sparkling wine from Casa Botter is a slightly sweet Moscato, truly delicious for those who prefer a slightly dry taste. The aroma of the Moscato offers lovely hints of sweet peach, very ripe apricots, and a touch of honey. Because it has a very light, ripe mousse (bubble), it also provides the perfect refreshing touch. This gives it a slightly sweet taste with abundant fruit aromas, making it a wonderful aperitif or pairing with dessert.
