Until recently, Springbok's vineyards only had space for Chenin Blanc. Thanks to expert innovations and investments, Springbok has been able to expand its vineyard area. They chose to plant the international all-rounder Chardonnay.

The choice of the Chardonnay grape proves to be a brilliant one. Thanks to the abundant South African sunshine, the Chardonnay grapes develop exceptionally well. They develop a fuller, firmer, and almost creamier aroma. Springbok has also chosen not to age in oak. This way, the high quality of the Chardonnay grapes is better expressed.
