Their distinctive wines are sourced from vineyards in three different wine regions. At Radacini Winery, great attention is paid to the special details of each wine from day one. They utilize the latest technologies, resulting in a unique style. Pinot Noir grapes are grown in the Codru region. Here, the vines are deeply rooted in the nutrient-rich soil. Once the grapes reach peak ripeness, they are harvested entirely by hand. The climate ensures even ripening and gives the grapes their elegant structure. The gently pressed juice undergoes a cool fermentation process focused on developing its flavors. Finally, the wine is aged for approximately 12 months in French oak barrels before bottling.
