Domaines Pierre Chavin is a beautiful winery that specializes in the finest alcohol-free wines from France. It was founded by four friends, all with a background in wine. After extensive research and new techniques, their alcohol-free wines are rock solid. Located in the south of France, the winery boasts beautiful, well-maintained vineyards. For this sparkling rosé, the Grenache grapes are grown on very old vines. To achieve a flavor as close to Champagne as possible, the grape skins are fermented briefly, giving this Pierre Zero Rosé its beautiful light pink color.

The harvest for the Pierre Zero Rosé

Pierre Chavin grows the Grenache grapes in a slightly cooler climate. This allows the bunches to retain their natural freshness, which is also evident in the flavor. But before this happens, the winemaker spends a lot of time in the vineyard. These are in perfect condition, producing the most beautiful bunches in the region. Some winemakers consider it a shame to make an alcohol-free wine this way. Pierre Chavin disagrees, as they aspire to become the king of alcohol-free wines. Well, they've more than succeeded with this Pierre Zero Rosé. A sparkling wine made according to Champagne tradition.

The aroma and taste of the alcohol-free rosé

Upon opening the Champagne cork, we immediately smell the red fruit. In the glass, this Pierre Zero Rosé shimmers beautifully salmon pink with a reddish sheen. The delicate bubbles swirl in the glass, presenting our nose with a bouquet of red flowers, fresh strawberries, and raspberries. The palate is soft and fresh, with a richness of red fruit and hints of citrus and lime. The pleasantly soft bubbles leave the tongue tingling, and the finish is smooth and refreshing.
