Vineyards and region – birthplace of Pasqua

The grapes for this Soave grow on the gently rolling slopes near Verona, where a temperate climate and mineral-rich soils produce ripe, aromatic grapes. This provenance has been at the heart of Pasqua's winemaking tradition since 1925.

Vinification and maturation – pure and fruit-oriented

The wine is vinified in stainless steel, without oak aging. This allows the fresh citrus aromas and elegant structure to be fully preserved. The result is a dry, supple wine with a slightly mineral undertone.

Tasting notes

Pale yellow in color with delicate citrus aromas such as red grapefruit. The palate is fresh, dry, and elegant, with a mild, clean finish.
