Bodega Paniza was founded in 1953 in northeastern Spain and currently owns approximately 1,400 hectares of vineyards, spread across 450 different wineries. The winery offers a wide range of wines, including red, white, and rosé wines, produced from various grape varieties such as Garnacha, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay. Paniza is committed to sustainable viticulture and has implemented several initiatives to protect the environment, including the use of solar panels and organic farming practices. The Garnacha grapes are carefully and selectively harvested at peak ripeness. In the winery, the vinification process begins with several days of maceration. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks, where the wine's development and temperature are controlled.
Fabula de Paniza Garnacha Tinto has an intense black cherry color with violet hues. The nose is dominated by aromas of forest fruits, primarily blackberries and black cherries. On the palate, the wine is smooth and fleshy, with good structure. It is a medium-bodied wine with a pleasant finish. Fabula de Paniza Garnacha Tinto pairs perfectly with rich, hearty Mediterranean dishes such as grilled meats, stews, and pasta dishes with tomato sauce.
