EV WINES
The vineyards for this Bourgogne Chardonnay are located in the Côte d'Or, the heart of Burgundy. The soils are primarily limestone and clay, which contributes to the wine's minerality and complexity.
After manual harvesting, the grapes are carefully selected and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and fruity aromas. A portion of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged in French oak barrels, which contributes to the wine's complexity and structure.
Serve this wine at a temperature of 10-12°C. Bourgogne AC Chardonnay is a versatile accompaniment to a variety of dishes, including grilled fish, shellfish, poultry in creamy sauces, and soft cheeses like Brie or Camembert. Its freshness and elegance also make it an excellent aperitif.
