Kellner Winery is a true family business. Since 1648, they have been astonishing the world with their cutting-edge wines. That's almost 375 years of craftsmanship. We find that incredible. After more than three and a half centuries, they still produce some of Austria's finest wines. Kellner's vision is clear. They carefully consider the soil and climate and base their plantings accordingly. By operating in this sustainable way, they ensure that wine lovers consider this Austrian winery a top priority.
Kellner's old vineyard
Through centuries of craftsmanship, they have amassed numerous vineyards. Their base lies in Pulkau, a picturesque village in northeastern Austria. This entire area, with the exception of the capital, Vienna, is also known as Niederosterreich (Lower Austria). This wine region is characterized by an abundance of white grape varieties, with Gruner Veltliner as the absolute pinnacle. This refreshing, elegant grape is the flagship of Austrian winemaking. Currently, it is the most widely planted grape in this Alpine country. It is also of great value to Weingut Kellner, where it plays a key role in their Kellner Weinviertel Gruner Veltliner. The smell and taste of Kellner Weinviertel Gruner Veltliner
A typical Gruner Veltliner, but one of the highest caliber. We can't describe this white wine any better. Austria at its finest. With Kellner Weinviertel Gruner Veltliner, Kellner demonstrates its talent. Just take a whiff of this wine. A flawless palate will bring a smile to your face. With every sniff, you'll be surprised by fantastic aromas. Juicy pear, refined stone fruit, and a pleasant hint of pepper. A Gruner Veltliner at its finest. The refreshing taste will make you incredibly happy. On the finish, Kellner Weinviertel Gruner Veltliner leaves a hint of spice and pepper on the palate.Product details
