The 2023 vintage in the Languedoc was of excellent quality, scoring 94 points on the Robert Parker scale. The wines from this vintage are characterized by outstanding balance and structure.
Our oenologists have rarely discovered such a beautiful Sauvignon Blanc from France. Refreshing, invigorating, and incredibly thirst-quenching. We were short on superlatives when it came to the tasting notes. Wine critics are falling over themselves to praise this white wine from Corette. Responsible for this great success is the Corette winery, founded by the Delaunays. They purchased a beautiful estate in the Languedoc-Roussillon, and the rest is history. All Corette wines are good, but only true Sauvignon Blanc fans will enjoy Corette Sauvignon Blanc twice over.

Corette is located in France's largest wine region, Languedoc-Roussillon. Until the late 1970s, the quality was mediocre. The market was dominated by bland, mass-produced wines. Fortunately, the region has improved. Through innovation and investment, the quality has risen astronomically. Corette Winery has also played a role in this. Their wines are among the highest in their price range. Their specialty is monovarietal wines, meaning that all wines are made with only one grape variety.
