The Garganega grape takes center stage in this Anselmi San Vincenzo, resulting in this beautiful white wine from sun-drenched Italy. The winery vinifies this wine in a unique way. Only three bunches are allowed per vine, they plant many vines per hectare, and the ripened grapes are harvested entirely by hand. They also add a small amount of Chardonnay and Trebbiano. This results in wines that exude an unmistakable elegance. It is precisely this dedication to quality that distinguishes Anselmi. Although this wine may not technically be called a Soave, that doesn't matter to Anselmi. What matters is the wine's outstanding quality and character, and that's something you'll certainly discover when tasting Anselmi San Vincenzo.

Anselmi; Leading in the Soave region

The Anselmi winery has quickly become a leading player in the Soave region. They adhere to natural viticultural methods and produce wines with unique characteristics. Most of the vineyards are planted with the Garganega grape, and these vines are managed with the utmost care. The San Vincenzo is a wine that is extremely popular due to its high quality. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand at the end of September. In the winery, they are carefully destemmed, pressed, and undergo a cold maceration. Afterward, the grapes are gently pressed using a pneumatic press and fermented at around 16 degrees Celsius. The wine is aged for six months in steel vats using natural yeasts and regular batonnade. After bottling, the San Vincenzo is aged in the bottle for a further three months, resulting in a wine that perfectly embodies Roberto Anselmi's vision and expertise.

A pure and lively San Vincenzo

The blend of 80 percent Garganega, 10 percent Chardonnay, and 10 percent Sauvignon Blanc shines with a light golden yellow color. On the nose, this Anselmi white wine boasts delightful yellow fruit notes, with melon, peach, and apricot. On the palate, the San Vincenzo is pure and lively, beautifully full-bodied, with lovely nuances of peach and pear, a slightly bitter finish, and a fresh acidity. It pairs wonderfully with whitefish or a refreshing salad.
