The spiciness typical of a Syrah is certainly present in the Santa Ema Gran Reserva Syrah, but despite that, the wine remains incredibly elegant in every respect. It's definitely not for everyone, and you really need to sit down for a while to enjoy it. But believe us: you'll get a lot in return. The aromas are powerful and complex: raspberries, blackcurrants, and nuts. Thanks to the 10-month oak aging in the Santa Ema cellars, you also smell and taste distinct hints of smoke and tobacco. Complex, generous, and ripe. The finish is endless—how fantastic! The Santa Ema Gran Reserva Syrah is a must-have for your wine cabinet!
