We've been offering Pasqua wines for years. They offer delicious wines at excellent value. Pasqua's flagship product is undoubtedly the Romeo & Juliet line. Two beautiful wines with a unique story. This series is a tribute to Verona, the city of love for many. The fascinating history of Romeo and Juliet draws thousands of tourists to this city every year to gaze upon Juliet's balcony. The wall beneath this balcony is covered in declarations of love from people around the world. A small section of this wall is featured on the labels of both the red and white wines.
Passito method for this white wine
This Pasqua Passimento Bianco Romeo & Juliet uses the Passito method. Immediately after harvest, the grapes are placed in small crates, after which the winemaker allows them to dry to approximately 25%. This results in a much more concentrated juice released during pressing. After vinification, a large portion of the wines are aged in stainless steel vats, while the remaining smaller portion is aged in oak barrels to give the wine even more depth. This Pasqua Passimento Bianco Romeo & Juliet has a beautiful yellowish color with golden shimmer. On the nose, we detected intense aromas of citrus, peach, and almond. The taste is soft and fresh with a slight bitterness in the finish. Beautiful fruit nuances of peach are balanced by a hint of citrus. The finish of this delicious white wine is full, intense, and long. A wine we could talk about for hours. We always taste something new!Product details
