Hand harvest for Rathfinny Rose Brut
Rathfinny Rosé Brut embodies the essence of the Rathfinny Wine Estate, located in picturesque Sussex, England. The estate's vineyards are spread across the beautiful South Downs, protected by the surrounding mountains. Sustainability is paramount, with great respect for the environment and a continuous search for innovation. This dedication to the environment and sustainability, combined with a focus on soil health, results in fruit of exceptional quality. The grapes for Rathfinny Rosé Brut are carefully harvested by hand and fully pressed. The wine then undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 degrees Celsius. Malolactic fermentation follows, after which a small portion of the Pinot Noir is aged in old French oak barrels for 6 to 8 months. This addition contributes to the wine's color and aromatic complexity. After bottling, the wine rests on the lees for 24 months, contributing to the development of character and texture. The vibrant aromas of Rathfinny Rose Brut
Rathfinny Rosé Brut is a vibrant and invigorating sparkling wine with a distinctive coral hue. The nose is filled with aromas of cranberry, cherry blossom, and red apple, creating an inviting bouquet. With every sip, the wine reveals a vibrant palate, combining concentrated notes of pink grapefruit with subtle hints of brioche. The lively acidity lends the wine a juicy freshness, while the silky texture adds an elegant character.Product details
