It is therefore not surprising that Domaine Anita's wines are considered some of the finest Beaujolais wines. This wine comes from a vineyard situated at an altitude of 220 meters, on granite subsoil. The vines here are a full 45 years old and produce grapes of exceptional quality. At Domaine Anita, great care is taken during the grape harvest. They are hand-picked and then carefully selected in the vineyard, ensuring only the finest grapes are used for the wine. A specific vinification technique is used. The grapes are placed in a closed vat, where they are lightly crushed and begin to ferment. This gives the wine a fruity character and a smooth taste. After fermentation, the wine is aged for six months in cement tanks and then for a further four months in the bottle.
