The biggest dream of these like-minded individuals was to broadly present this fantastic range to the hospitality industry. And they've certainly succeeded, with the wines enjoying unprecedented popularity in many establishments.
Organic Spanish rosé
In the heart of the La Mancha wine region, we find the vineyards planted with Tempranillo for this organic rosé from The Green Wine Company. These Tempranillo grapes thrive in La Mancha. It's no wonder, then, that this is one of the most widely cultivated grape varieties in Spain. Red wines are often made from it, but rosés are also a resounding success. For the vineyards for this rosé wine, we climb to an altitude of 400 meters, where these grapes are planted in a very sunny spot. The wonderfully warm climate is ideal for these grapes, and the falling nighttime temperatures are also crucial for a pleasant freshness. Once the grapes have reached the right ripeness, the cooperative will begin the manual harvest. Opening the bottle of Green Wine Company Tempranillo Rosé, we immediately imagine ourselves on a Spanish terrace enjoying delicious tapas and a fine glass of rosé. You guessed it: The Green Wine Company Rosé. The color is delightfully summery with a beautiful bright pink hue. On the nose, we noted delicious and rich aromas of red fruit like strawberries, raspberries, and cherries, along with a subtle spiciness and a refreshing citrus note at the finish.
