The origin, grapes and craftsmanship behind this wine.

What the Brenninkmeijer family is to the Netherlands, the Raventos family is to Spain. A leading dynasty that has endured for generations. The Raventos family has a kind of royal allure for the Spanish. This is due to many factors, but we especially love their talent for cava production, something they have been doing for a long time. It's no coincidence that they are the founder and owner of the famous cava house Codornui. In the 1980s, the then "pater familias" of the Raventos, Manuel Raventos, decided to step back from the family business and single-handedly establish a new cava house: Raventos Cava was born.

That Raventos Cava is a delicious glass of cava is a given. The talent flowing through the veins of the Raventos family is unfailing. In 1982, Manuel, with the help of his father, founded Raventos. It was established in an old, authentic farmhouse in Catalonia, which had been in the Raventos family since the 15th century. No fewer than 90 hectares of vineyards were cleared for the planting of various varietals. In addition to classics like Macabeo, Parellada, and Xarel.lo, space was also made for international all-rounders such as Chardonnay, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon.

The process of creating this magnificent Raventos i Blanc De Nit Rose Cava MAGNUM is very labor-intensive. Manuel does everything he can to ensure that each bottle receives the attention it deserves. The Cava is a blend of the three grape varieties Macabre, Parellada, and Xarel.lo. To obtain the attractive pink color, 6% Monastrell is added. This allows the cava to evolve. This Raventos Rose Cava is soft and refreshing, yet with an elegant smoky note. The flavor of fresh strawberries strolls over your taste buds. Combined with Mediterranean herbs, refined acidity, and even a hint of bitterness, this Raventos i Blanc De Nit Rose Cava MAGNUM distinguishes itself from all other cavas.

The beauty of Raventos i Blanc De Nit Rosé Cava MAGNUM is that it's a large bottle of cava; a double! That means a whopping liter and a half of celebration with this rosé cava. Gather your closest friends and share the glasses. Toast to what matters to you and enjoy with the people closest to you. Because with a Raventos Cava, every toast becomes extra special.
