Vinification and Maturation
After being harvested by hand, the Bòggina B undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in tonneaux. The wine then matures for 24 months "on lees" in specially selected French oak tonneaux, with regular bâtonnage during the first few months. These methods contribute to the wine's complexity and depth.
