Vintage Report

The 2023 vintage achieved an excellent score of 94 points in the related Languedoc region, according to the Robert Parker Vintage Chart. This indicates an exceptionally strong vintage that has produced rich and high-quality wines.
A characterful, traditionally made red wine from the South of France. That's the best way to describe this Bin 62 Shiraz. Its distinctive flavor and aroma make this Shiraz incredibly tempting.

The French answer to New Zealand wine

The Kiwi Cuvée brand was founded in 2001 to combine techniques and flavors from the New World with the nobility of French terroirs. A French brand with a New World twist. During his extensive travels, our oenologist was inspired by New Zealand wines and winemaking techniques. Maison Lacheteau, located in the heart of the Loire Valley, has established itself as a key player in Loire Valley wine production. Recognized for its expertise and the quality of its terroir, Lacheteau offers a full spectrum of exceptional still and sparkling wines spanning all regions of the Loire Valley, from Pays Nantais to the vineyards of the Centre. The Kiwi wines are produced by the LaCheteau trading house and Vinital winery. They are the largest supplier of still wines from the Loire Valley and Languedoc regions. Every effort is made to obtain the finest grapes. Therefore, the best grapes from several vineyards across the country are selected and vinified together to create a delicious wine. After the harvest, another strict selection takes place, during which the quality of each individual grape is checked. The grapes are then destemmed and gently pressed. The juice ferments under controlled conditions and is given the necessary rest.

What does the Kiwi Cuveé Bin 62 Shiraz taste like?

The Bin 62 Shiraz oozes a deep reddish-purple color in the glass. The aroma reveals abundant fresh dark fruit like cassis and blackberries, along with a hint of spice. The palate is rich, full, and spicy, with a lovely balance of fruit and tannins. Finally, you're rewarded with a very long finish. Delicious. Try this Cuvée with a delicious piece of red meat or strong cheeses.
