An elegant Italian Prosecco from the equally elegant Villa Sandi winery. This sparkling Rosé is a blend of Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero. These complement each other in the glass, creating a fruity aroma with a soft mousse.
Manual harvest for Villa Sandi Rosato Frizzante
At the foot of the rolling hills of Treviso lies the imposing Villa Sandi winery. For generations, the Moretti Polegato family has been dedicated to producing high-quality sparkling wines. Their adventure began in 1622 with an emphasis on quality, a principle they have never lost. The property is perhaps as beautiful as the wines themselves. Nestled in nature, the historic building is nestled right among the vineyards. The various estates and unique vineyards combine to produce the finest Veneto has to offer. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and brought almost immediately to the winery. This manual harvest allows the winemaker to make a rigorous selection in the vineyards, which naturally improves quality. At the winery, the grapes are sorted and pressed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for several days. After this, aging takes place on the fine lees for several months. And then it's time to enjoy this soft, fresh Frizzante.Floral notes of Villa Sandi Rosato Frizzante
With a shimmering color, we pour this Rosato Frizzante into the glass. The youthful aromas immediately envelop us, with clear notes of lily, lavender, rose, jasmine, and fruity accents. On the palate, it's a light-footed wine with an equally light texture. The fruity acidity makes it surprisingly fresh and lively. The finish is well-lengthed, revealing the beautiful accents of the Veneto wine region.Product details
