NOTE HALF BOTTLE WITH A CAPACITY OF 0.375L
La Villette Chardonnay, one of the gems in our selection! The grapes for this delicious Chardonnay wine come from Southwest France. They are blended with grapes from the Mediterranean coastal region, creating a perfect balance. The Vin de France label is used to produce this white wine, which allows grapes from different regions to be blended. This allows the best grapes from each region to be used for this gem. All the grapes for this premium wine ferment for approximately 12 days in French and American oak barrels. This is followed by a six-month aging process "sur lie" (on lie). Bottling takes place relatively early, allowing the wine to retain its youthful and fresh aromas.
The best Chardonnay from La Villette
The winery's name is a nod to Paris's past, as La Villette was an old neighborhood in the Paris suburbs. The finest ingredients and wines were delivered to La Villette to provide the city of Paris with the very best. This spirit is also reflected in the Chardonnay, a simply French wine with power, suppleness, and love. La Villette's own winemaker, originally from Paris, has been surprising the entire country with his beautifully full-bodied Chardonnay. Shhh, don't tell anyone, because this is so good for the price.Wood aging for the La Villette Chardonnay
Aged in oak and then aged for months on the lees, this white wine has a beautiful aroma and flavor. This delicious Chardonnay from La Villette is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, which yield a beautiful golden yellow color. The aroma is pleasant and soft with aromas of pear, apple, vanilla, and nuts. The palate is elegant with refined nuances of apricot, pear, and vanilla, balanced by a touch of fresh citrus acidity. A delicious, mouth-filling white wine with a sultry, full finish. A typical Chardonnay wine at an excellent price-quality ratio! What do we eat with this white wine?
It's a wine that easily adapts to a variety of dishes. But it also has its preferences. This white La Villette Chardonnay, for example, tastes delicious with a piece of salmon, fresh cod, and poultry. But that's not all, because various pasta dishes and shellfish are also delicious with this white wine. Its versatility and strength make this La Villette Chardonnay a popular house wine, and yes, we now know why.Product details
