The composition of Colombelle La Belle Rose

Like the red Colombelle La Belle, this French wine is made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Tannat, and Cabernet Franc grapes. However, the vinification process is completely different. After a rigorously selected harvest, the grapes undergo cold skin maceration. This allows the aromas to fully develop. During pressing, the juice only briefly comes into contact with the skins. This gives Colombelle La Belle Rose its attractive salmon-pink color. However, the fantastic flavor is undeniably preserved in this exquisite wine.

We smelled distinct nuances of red fruit like strawberries, currants, raspberries, and sweet cherries. Your mouth immediately started watering. Take a sip, and you'll be speechless for a moment. Wow, this is superb. The mild character gently unfolds on the tongue. Soft red fruit tickles your taste buds.
