The Sibiliana Roceno Grillo is an enchanting white wine that reflects the soul of Sicily in every sip. This masterpiece is made by Sibiliana, a winery with deep roots in the fertile soils of this sunny island. Made with carefully selected Grillo grapes, this wine represents the perfect combination of Sicily's traditional winemaking methods and the vibrant terroir.

Careful harvest for Sibiliana Roceno Grillo

The Sibiliana Roceno Grillo originates from vineyards with limestone soils, east-facing and situated at high altitudes. After being carefully harvested by hand, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. There, they are gently pressed and immediately cooled to 16 degrees Celsius. The resulting high-quality must is then prepared for fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature for 15 to 18 days. This entire process takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The Sibiliana Roceno Grillo captivates with its golden hue. Upon first encounter, this wine awakens the senses with a vibrant bouquet. Ripe citrus and sun-drenched fruits mingle with subtle floral notes, creating an inviting aroma that captures the soul of Sicily.
