Val d'Oca offers a wide range of sparkling wines, each of which is of exceptionally high quality. This Spumante Brut has a bit more bubbliness than the Frizzante. It's pleasantly full-bodied with delightful aromas that surprise you immediately upon pouring. Thanks to their passion and dedication, the winemakers have vinified a wine that strikes a beautiful balance between acidity and freshness.

Top quality Italian sparkling wines

Cantina Produttori di Valdobbiandene is responsible for a wide range of superb proseccos, better known as Val d'Oca. The vineyards are located in the Veneto wine region, in the beautiful hilly area between Asolo and Conegliano at the foot of the Alps in Treviso. Just 50 kilometers from the romantic city of Venice, they produce delicious, top-quality Italian sparkling wines. Founded in 1952, the cooperative is one of the oldest in the region. Together with 576 farmers, they own 714 hectares of vineyards, consistently achieving high quality thanks to modern techniques. The Glera vines are planted on sedimentary and weathered rock soils, providing a beautiful foundation. This Italian wine exudes an exceptional European charm that clearly emphasizes the Old World. The Glera grapes are harvested entirely by hand at peak ripeness. Afterward, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. There, they arrive on the sorting table where, after a rigorous selection, the grapes are crushed. Fermentation follows at a controlled temperature, followed by aging in stainless steel tanks.

This light-bodied Prosecco sparkles in the glass with a beautiful, clear yellow color. Expressive aromas of jasmine, violets, and apple are immediately released, complemented by fruity nuances. It has a silky smooth palate with crisp fruit acidity and is, above all, delightfully fresh and lively. The finish is pleasantly long, with hints of jasmine. A delicious wine with fish dishes.
