Their wine project is of unparalleled quality and they renovated the cellar with nine stainless steel tanks and 20 oak barrels. The grapes are individually sourced from their 23-hectare vineyard. Here, Domaine des Souterrains operates according to Terra Vitis, which means respecting the environment and operating sustainably. This vineyard landscape offers optimal exposure, protection from wind, and good drainage of rainfall.\n\n\n \nBorn on \"Perruche\"-like soils composed of flint, silica, limestone, and slate, the Sauvignon Blanc grapes are carefully harvested by hand.
