We tasted the recent vintage again and were impressed by the balance between creaminess and freshness. Boroli uses a classic and precise approach, allowing the vibrant acidity and ripe red fruit to be beautifully reflected in the glass. We tasted this Barbera again in the autumn, and it remained a favorite for its energy and excellent length.
