The grapes are harvested by hand and then rigorously selected to ensure only the finest juice reaches the bottle—after all, it must live up to its name! Gran Rosso is also evident in the aroma: a warm scent of black fruit, plums, a touch of fresh mint, and a touch of spice. On the palate, it's incredibly soft. Initially, we tasted stewed black fruit, chocolate, and a touch of vanilla, followed by spices and an intense caramel note.
