With beautiful flavor nuances of tropical fruit, subtle vanilla, and a gentle hint of oak. A pleasantly fresh finish remains on the palate. The finish has a pleasant oily note, which we would certainly expect from a good oak-aged Chardonnay. Under the winemaker's strict supervision, all the bunches are transported in small crates to the winery so that pressing can begin. Before the grapes reach the press, they are carefully inspected and destemmed. Only the finest grapes are used to create this fantastic red wine. In the glass, we see a deep, dark red with a purple rim, characteristic of a fine Merlot. The aroma offers a harmonious interplay of ripe plums, blackcurrant jam, and vanilla. The palate is silky smooth and warm, with beautiful nuances of black fruit interspersed with notes of tobacco, cloves, cinnamon, and a touch of toasted oak. The finish is smooth, warm, and sultry.
