When the harvest is ripe, each bunch is harvested separately, entirely by hand. Each bunch is inspected and transported in small wooden crates from the vineyard to Château Lilian Ladouys. Upon arrival, the bunches are pressed, and this premium red wine is aged for a full fourteen months in partially new barrels. The new barrels give this red wine more power and suppleness, and you can certainly taste it.
