This is a unique combination of Moroccan soil. The bunches receive all they need and are kept cool by the ocean breeze. This creates a slow and balanced growing season, allowing for a magnificent, full harvest. Harvesting takes place entirely by hand in the early morning to select only the finest bunches for this white wine.
